In this colourful cine conjuring world, no body heeds the afflictions faced by the workers who are still eking their lives with inadequate incomes. They have been subjecting to exploitation which makes them to remain in poor situation. Since forty years they are facing unfair treatment which still is being continued. Number of workers now reached to old age and still continues to face annoyance in the hands of ‘cine elders’! Now they have treated as outsiders in their own land with denial of shelter. Society people still not showing any humanity on these people and constantly keeping the workers to remain in grief. Why these society people won’t treat these poor workers as humans? They are playing with the lives of these workers. Since forty years, these poor cine workers continue to face injustice in the hands of ‘elders’ and even now they have been facing same situation, seems there are bleak chances to get justice. Along with government, actor belong to Telangana, Prabhakar Reddy gave land for ‘Chitrpuri’. Till now how many cine workers belong to Telangana got justice? Now total dominance is under Andhra people. In the name of the society they are enjoying the higher posts and acquiring properties. Is there any end to this unprecedented exploitation of these innocent workers? These are not the inflictions shown the films but in real lives of workers!
Really speaking from the beginning the ‘elders’ belong to Andhra region fixing limits for themselves and causing for inflictions on poor workers. The sites in Chitrapuri belong to cine workers. Unfortunately society is enjoying privileges as the platform for elders. Now those who are considering themselves as elders entered into the society and occupied those sites which are useful for construction. Now they are telling that, twin towers will build in the land which is not suitable to construct houses. These words are not believable. If we continue to study in dept then the actual fact will comes out. As per the information given by a key personality belong to Chitrapuri, there is no environment permission for such construction. Required permission from HMDA is still not received. This is nothing but deceiving the workers. The site where society wants to construct building is located at buffer zone! It is not reliable to construct buildings in this buffer zone, saying one elder belong to society. Now there prevails controversy in Telangana on the occupation of tanks. No concerned government department give permission to construct houses in buffer zone. It is highly impossible to get permission for such constructions. On the other side, in real business realtors generally collect 10% amount in advance for the allocation flat but in Chitrpuri they are demanding 30% advance! How far it is reliable? No worker has the capacity to pay such huge amount at a time. This is nothing but insincerity of the society against workers and intentionally wants to keep them aside to provide the position of these flats to their favourers. At present in the outskirts of the city, the square feet cost is not more than Rs.4000. Then how they have fixed this price as Rs.6000 per square feet? It is an impossible task for poor workers those who purchased the site with their hard earning money. Why the society reluctant to reveal the name of the company that is going to take up the construction of twin tower project? Why the society is playing hide and seek play? For paying such huge amount the time period set is only ten days! How can the workers pay such higher amount within this short period? Why society is doing like this? For whom sake it is doing? This is nothing but to make injustice to Telangana workers!
Constructionof row houses in Chitrapuri are illegal. The entry of elders and allocation of sites to them are two mistakes committed by society. In entire Chitrapuri even if you make maximum number of house plots, they are not enough for the existing number of cine workers. In such land, how the sites allocated to producers? How row houses constructed? In the place of present row houses, thousands of house plots can be made. For the sake of 250 producers, thousands of workers now subjected to injustice. Those who are responsible for this act must give answers. GHMC issued notices against the construction of these row houses and dismantled some such houses. GHMC issued orders not to construct such row houses. Why these people are reconstructing the row houses which were dismantled by the Municipal officials? Is this not violation of Municipal Act? Once Government has take the decision means, thorough studies have been made and had clear understanding on incidents happen before and after. Then why the producers are taking repairing to those dismantled houses? Is there is no necessity to let know the workers about these developments? Who is responsible for deficit budget of the society? In a land where plots shall be made for thousands of workers, sites allocated to only small number of people means how can society have sufficient budget? Is this society to want to come out of this deficit budget by involving workers in this project? Society elections will be held in near future. For conducting elections also required funds. In this back ground the steps have been taken by society to involve the workers in this project is nothing but to come out of this deficit. With giving permission for the construction of row houses the intention of society cleared that it is favour to producers. When society has not been working for the welfare of poor workers then there is no need of it and hand over this land to Government. Government itself construct two bed room houses and will allocate to workers. Lakhs of workers now struggling lack of own house. They still are living in rented houses. Forty years time is not enough to make justice such workers means, how many years required fulfilling their long unfulfilled wish. If present situation continues, next generation also may not get their plots. Present Government shall keep an eye on these prevailing circumstances in Chitrapuri. Previous government stood in support of cine elders. Really speaking Congress government only allocated land for cine workers. Now again Congress Government is formed under the leadership of Revanth Reddy, which rose hopes among workers. During its tenure Government shall takes steps to make real the long pending dream of workers to have own houses. First of all it required to revamp the society which has been playing with the lives of the workers. Protect the workers from injustice causing to them.
