As Telangana BJP President it is learnt that the name of Eetela almost finalised by the High Command. Only announcement is in pending. Everybody is eagerly waiting for the announcement from the party. It is learnt that after a series of discussions party finally selected Eetela to lead the party in the state. This time there was stiff competition for this post among the party leaders. Till 2019 there was no importance for BJP president post in Telangana but when come to 2023 party president post became a great opportunity for the leaders because of its progress in the state. In centre BJP came to power in third term. Likewise BJP had shown its strength in previous Parliament elections in the state. Now it has gained more number of MP seats in the state when compare to previous time. This is the main reason for the focus of leaders on this party state president post. Prime Minster Narendra modi transformed himself as strong leader in the country and showing his ability in International politics. At the same time no other party in the country has this much of huge cadre which BJP posses. BJP now created record with its 14crore cadre which no other party in the world has this much of strength. For such a strong party, becoming president for a state is not easy. In future party has chance to gain power in Telangana. In this back ground those won as MPs tried their level best for this post and wated to prove their luck. Especially Nizamabad MP Aravindkumar, Medak M.P. Raghunandan Rao and Mahabubnagar MP D.K. Aruna contended for this post. Party High Command after serious discussions held with all leaders it is learnt that has been showing inclination towards Eetela Rajendar. Knowing about the intention of the party state leaders began to campaign against him as he is a new leader for the party. After learnt about this campaign it is learnt that party high command put halt to such contrives by making its intention clear to the leaders. At the same time it made clear that Eetela is not a new leader for the party. This announcement made by Central minister caused all the leaders along with party cadre to focus on Eetela Rajendar.
This announcement sent clear message to all leaders that Eetela will become the next BJP president of the state. This is also an indirect indication for other leaders to withdraw their efforts towards this post. After this announcement made there held serious discussions among the party leaders on how this has been happened? Finally all of them came to one conclusion that Eetela is going to be appointed as State President of the party. Before that some leaders of the party put their all effort to gain this post. Aravind Kumar who elected as MP for two times now tried for Central Minister Post, but Bandi Sanjay has been selected which made Aravind to felt at-least he can get party President Post for the state. Now the coming indications are against to him. In 2020 Raghunandan Rao name was in limelight for the State President post. The campaign was such that almost everybody came to conclusion that Raghunandan Rao will become BJP President in the state. But Centre had decided the name of Bandi Sanjay for the post leaving everybody in astonishment. Then there was serious discussion among the party leaders that how Bandi Sanjay can lead the party in the state. Finally Bandi sanjay proved his ability by making the opinions of leaders’ topsy-turvy. Under the leadership of Bandi Sanjay party become very much strengthened. This time also Raghunandan Rao expected the post and when the indications are against to his will he remain in silent. After learnt about inclination towards Eetela, he stopped his efforts. Eetela fought for the cause of Telangana, being an agitator he always struggled for the sake of Telangana society. He is not only a good thinker but always wanted to build intellectual society in Telagnana.
Eetela has very much affection towards the Telangana. After looking at the prevailing inequalities in Telangana he entered into student politics during his study days. He struggled for Telangana and always stood in support of those who were fighting for the cause of Telangana. He protected them when they fell in troubles. Even he stood in support of them when they faced police cases. In order to face the court cases of agitators, he spent lakhs of rupees. He never hesitated to sell his properties to protect the Telangana agitators. This is the main reason that all those who fought for Telagana remain in affection towards him. This behaviour of Eetela left him without any enemy. The leaders belong to all parties gives respect to him. Nobody has dare enough to criticise Eetela because of his background history of participation in various movements. Separate state achieved after prolonged fighting of fourteen years. He is the first leader to sense some fault is occurring in the Telagana movement. He also observed that injustice caused to those who struggled for party development. This is the main reason for his announcement that “I am the real owner of rose flag”. This daring announcement of Eetela was not like by KCR.
KCR also felt fear that in future he will have to face questions from Eetela. Gleanings of corn are not give development Eetela announced after sensing some fault in Telangana Jagruti movement. This statement not digested by KCR. Instead of taking advices from such a leader KCR tried to throw him out of party. For this purpose first KCR had made some allegations on Eetela. Such humiliation caused to Eetela is not digested by the people of Telangana. Then only entire Telangana society came to one decision to bring down ego centric KCR. Entire Telangana stood in behind of Eetela. In the by elections of Huzurabad, Eetela got elected. It is the best example for how the people of Telangna affectionate towards Eetela. It is well known to Telangana society that whatever allegations made by BRS is nothing but unstable. During Huzurabad elections BRS wanted to create lot of hurdles to prevent the victory of Eetela. BRS even not hesitated to create problems on the properties of Eetela but all of its efforts left in vain. Eetela emerged victories in those elections. He might have defeated for one time but his place in the hearts of Telangana people can’t be eliminated. He is not defeated as leader. He again now elected from Malkajgiri for Lok Sabha. Like this his success journey again started. If he continued in BRS, there will be no chance for him to become party president. Being in that party it is not possible for him to become Chief Minister in his life time. But in the National Party BJP Eetela like leaders will have the chance of becoming party presidents and even Chief Ministers. Now that fortune stands before him. If this movement continues, we can easily say that he will become Chief Minister in future.
