Those enter into your house neither friends nor relatives. In politics there is no chance for permanent enmity or friendship. Leaders may join or leave the party, but party cadre is life line for it. This is the fact that shall not forget in all times. Leaders may join or leave, but cadre remain constant with the party. This is all time unforgettable fact. When opened the gates, number of leaders from other parties may join. But it is the responsibility of Chief Minister Reveanth Reddy whom to allow and whom not to. Opportunistic leaders always are in search of their political growth. They won’t bother about the party in which they are being continued. Those leaders who enjoyed the key posts in the party and left when it lost power are not at all useful for the party. Like in a family there may prevail different of opinions in a party. Such internal differences never lost long. They are temporary in nature. Those leaders, who went out leaving the party on its own fate, are not at all real well wishers but like visitors. So when you want to allow such leaders into the party fold, it is better to take the opinion of party cadre who continue to stand with party since ten years. Those who came from other parties work in favour of their followers but never bother about Congress workers. Real congress workers never become obedient to any such leader. They always look at the welfare and growth of the party. They will have self respect and maintain close relationship with party leaders. At the same time they maintain the grip on the party. This attitude of party workers is not acceptable to new leaders. They won’t care the suggestions of such workers. Even they pretend to listen such advises, never heed them. Since ten years party workers worked hard for the sake of the party and went for house to house campaign during elections. They put all their efforts and worked hard for the victory of the Congress party. They will get recognition in those constituencies where party candidates emerged victories. In defeated constituencies and in the regions where migrated leaders got win, real party workers won’t get any recognition. Such leaders always try to hurt the feelings of party cadre. Owing to ‘Ghar vapasi’ leaders, the leadership formed since ten years won’t get either recognition or proper place in the party. Those leaders, who made re-entry into party after leaving it for long time, now will begin to harass those workers who remain in the party without going outside along with them. Of course this problem may not prevail in all parties. At district level party workers may not get recognition and they have to bow their heads before the new leaders. All these leads to create problems to party which gradually turn into halter for the party.
After the formation of Telangana, during the ten years period of BRS rule, the party workers who relentlessly worked hard are the real cadre for the party. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy shall encourage such workers. In previous Assembly elections party workers adjusted themselves, with the leaders who selected by the party to contest in respective constituencies. If you bring new leadership in defeated constituencies, such leaders will resort to suppress these party cadre that will cause mental agony for them. If Congress wants to lift its gates for other party leaders may cause for make empty BRS party. But, internally in Congress such leaders form one group and try to dominate others. For time being party cadre may accept this situation but in long run, they will not accept such leadership and the possibilities of turning against them will be more. Since ten years against whom they fought in elections and which leaders caused them to put in jails, campaigning in favour of their victory will cause for an embracing situation to the cadre. So Congress workers never accept to fight in favour of those leaders. They cannot accept the situation where they have to stand with folded hands in-front of such leaders who subjected them to torture. In order to avoid that embarrassment situation, they may look towards other parties and to those leaders who favourable towards them. This will cause total damage to party. To avoid this situation, Congress leadership shall take steps to protect its cadre by giving them some opportunities. Support them with some incentives recognising their services and gave them an opportunity to lead better life with some financial support through government schemes. Give promotion in party to encourage them to work with more dedication. Everywhere take steps to give preference to party machinery. This is essential for sustenance of party.
Opportunistic leaders always try to make their presence in the parties where favourable situation prevail. Such leaders never get a chance in the hearts of honest and hard working nature party cadre. With changing parties, they never prove themselves as truthful leaders and their fraudulent activities are never forgettable in nature. Praising those leaders whom you very much criticised during elections is not good on your part. So give chance to new generation and promote them as leaders at various levels depending on their ability. Like that creation of new leadership at all levels is essential to make strengthen the party. Don’t give chance to old leadership treating them as new blood. Young generation will definitely become successful leaders to lead the party towards the goal of getting power. For this purpose party leadership shall give an opportunity to those young leaders who are shining in student politics. Get them trained as efficient leaders and make them like missile who can effectively make reach the party towards its goal. But it is not good to encourage other party leaders to join in the party. It will nothing but dubious for the party. During the period of United Andhra Pradesh, only young leaders fought against Congress and became success in their efforts. BRS also prepared the new leadership. In the name encouraging new leadership, if give chance to next generation of old leaders is not good for the party. If dynastic politics continue like that, when efficient party workers can get better chances in the party? Where they can get recognition for their services rendered to the party? Please don’t make them again as slaves to the leaders. An average congress worker always fights for the sake of party, with eking life with minimum facilities. They give their relentless services want of nothing but recognition and promotion in the party. They never bow their head in front of any leader for their sake. At the same time they carefully observe that if the benefits of government introduced welfare schemes reaching the common people or not. Such a sacrificing nature remains them as worthful workers. So it is essential for Congress leadership to give proper recognition and promotion to party workers. Leaders always utilise the services of the workers and then leave them off. This is the nature of opportunistic leaders. So it is need of the hour to give more chances to Congress party cadre. This will give fruitful results in future politics, which in turn become benefit for the party.
