Really speaking old generation leaders increased in Telugudesam party. With the support of previous generation new generation has been developed in the party. Even now number of families is there in the party who have been working since the formation. They now become like fort to the party. In course of time so many leaders joined and left the party to meet their selfish deeds. Still some leaders remain in the party with their dedicated services without caring of opportunities. Now party leadership needs to identify such leaders and give them opportunities as per their efficiency. Always new generation enters into the party fold taking Chandrababu Naidu as their inspiration. Some young cadre who are highly educated and working for the party even relinquishing the best opportunities they got as per their qualifications. All of them played a key role in student politics during their college and University education. Among them some have chosen some professions like business or job and leading their settled life. Only little number remains in politics with the aim to serve the society. They always respond and fight against the social problems. They continue to fight against the social evils and always think about the social awareness. They struggle for the social development. Since their education period such people will turn towards politics and took the social responsibilities. In this regard they choose politics as their platform to continue their journey, at the same time they choose one leader whose aspirations are nearer to their will as role model. Animini Ravinaidu is one among such leaders who belongs to temple city Tirupathi. Since his education he choosen Chandrababu as his role model leader and continued his student politics. Chandrababu Naidu is not such leader who simply sits in A.C. rooms and prepares the policies. He always be with people, whether his party is in power or not. Babu is relentless hard worker, who always struggle for the welfare of the Telugu people. We can’t compare any other leader with Chandrababu. In general, other leaders when got power continues their politics and in the case of defeat they remain aloof and won’t show any interest to meet any others. Irrespective of defeat or win Chandrababu continue to be with people. This nature of Chandrababu inspired number of young generation leaders to make him as their role model leader. Among such young leaders Animini Ravi Raidu is in forefront. Since his joining the party has been continuing to work hard for the party. Cadre remain the strong base for the party. This is the fact to be remembered by every party leadership. Those parties neglected such valuable cadre disappeared in the pages of history. In previous times when party faced defeate Chandrababu accepted this fact. In 2004 when he was in power, due to busy in work there occurred some gap in between the government and people. Ultimate result is loss of power. He also accepted the fact for the defeat in 2019 elections as the prolonged time allocated for Amaravathi which caused some gap with party cadre. Realising this fact in this five year period he continue to be with people and tried to understand their problems and assured them to solve if voted to power. At the same time he also maintained his close contact with the party cadre. Like that realising the faults those previously made Chandrababu continued his strategy. This attitude gave fruitful result in 2024 elections. This victory for TDP created history and gave extraordinary majority for the party in the Assembly. Since the tenure of NTR this victory considered as greatest one. Since five years TDP leaders and cadre had faced lot of problems in the hands of YSRCP leaders. Y.S. Jagan government had put Chandrababu behind the bars. With forty years experience in politics and who attained the name as good administrator and statesman Chandrababu faced such problems. Then we can easily expect the problems faced by the party cadre. When YSR took up Padayatra, Chandrababu was in power. He took all precautionary steps for the protection of YSR during his Padayatra. Chandrababu never created any obstructions to YSR. Likewise when Y.S. Jagan took padayatra also Chandrababu did not create any problems. Against to this attitude YS Jagan created every obstacle to the Padayatra that had taken up by Lokesh. YSRCP leaders created lot of problems and tried to prevent Lokesh from moving forward. At that time Animini Ravinaidu in Tirupati formed volunteers with hundred youth monitored the Padayatra. Lokesh padayatra receiving lot of public has made the YSRCP leaders to fell in greed and tried their level best to foil Lokesh attempt. Ravinaidu like leaders are in more number in the party. Now party leadership has to recognise such leaders and provide them appropriate space in the party fold. Such leaders only stand in support of party in all occasions and remain like fort. Those who fought for the sake of the party even bearing the relentless problems faced during adverse period shall be recognised. They went to every house hold and made campaign for the party and struggled a lot to bring past glory to the party. They also outreach the assurances made by Chandrababu to the people and created confidence among them to vote in favour of party. Five years they had bear the burden of plight caused by YSRCP leaders. They prepared to face the miseries but never put their step back and continue to raise the party flag in every village. Some among them experienced the jail life and some other lost their properties. Party leadership should not forget their services. Those leaders never appear when party was in downfall now all of a sudden has made their entry when the party came into power. They create a climate that they are the whole and sole of the party by pushing back the real hard workers who struggled for the raise of the party while it was in opposition. Party high command should keep all such opportunistic leaders in distance and identify the real leaders who fought for the party at troubled time and provide them opportunities in the party. Don’t neglect such leaders who will create best future for the party. Opportunistic leaders always want to create mesmerising climate to show their artificial ability. Such selfish leaders to reach their goal always try to stand like a wall between party leadership and real cadre. Party leadership should very much careful towards such hypocrite leaders is the desire of Telugu Tammullu.
