Corruption is like virus. Squeezing the society is its nature. Every virus has medicine to cure but no medicine is available for this corruption virus. Since Independence there has been wide range of discussions on this corruption but nobody tried to stop the spreading of this virus everywhere. In every election, the first thing that rose by all political parties is corruption and gives strong assurance to prevent it. Unfortunately after coming to power they forget about this prime assurance given to people and routinely continue their activities looking indifferent towards corruption that squeezing the society. So it has been become a habit to all political parties speaking against corruption. People also habituated to such type of false assurances of political parties. Fortunately Revanth Government resort to implement its assurance given against corruption. Really it remains a great effort of the government in the fight against corruption.
For the first time Revanth Reddy has been putting his steps forward to make Telangana society free from corruption. Now he is implementing the action plan that prepared in meticulous manner. As per this plan he has been eliminating the officials in time bound manner who are involved in corruption practises. This type action never had taken by either Government in United Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. KCR government took no steps against those officials are facing allegations. Those who had made complaints against corrupt officials faced problems but no corrupt official faced action against their doings. KCR government brought 317 G.O. which made the teachers here and there, which made the children to suffer. Really speaking teachers won’t have any other ways to earn except their salary. So almost every teacher remains to stay near to the place of their posting and used to continue their life. KCR government have made transfer teachers which caused their lives to disrupt beyond control. While acting against such teachers KCR government used to act in favour of those corrupt officials in other departments. This indifferent attitude of government facilitated those officials to remain in same place for ten years or above. Such officials who fixed in one place for longer period continued their corrupt practices in uninterrupted manner and continued to accumulate properties whatever they like. Even an official at Mandal level also earned properties worth in crores of rupees. The corruption reached to a level that, to count the amount that earned by official required counting machine. Some officials belong to particular departments wanted to join in politics to test their fortune! They even ready themselves to spent hundreds of crores in politics. How this has been possible for them, to dare enough to spend such huge amounts of money? Who can answer such questions? Now the new Congress Government came under the leadership of Revanth Reddy. Now it resorted to make farming against corruption. As a part of this the Government has been identifying those officials who indulged in corrupt practices and began its efforts to eliminate them. Now ACB officials entered into the field and continue to catch corrupt officials in red hand. With these acts the real face of those officials now is being exposed. Their accumulated properties being confiscated and they had been sent to jails. Some such officials who came out of jail, it is learnt that continuing their efforts to get reappointed in their old posts.
In such a short period after coming to power, caught such corrupt officials means, we must understand the dedication of Revant Government in favour of people. These acts show how Revanth Reddy has been struggling to do something in favour of state people. Even number of Chief Ministers in previous government assured to take action against such officials but in later they remain in indifferent towards taking such steps. Now the Revanth Government not only concentrated on Government officials but also those belong to private sector also. In the name of business those who are indulging in malpractices are now facing continuous fear against stern action from the government. In this process of eliminating the corruption, government started its actions against those hotels not practicing healthy norms. With the action of Revanth Reddy Government now it has been exposed the real face of those big and reputed hotels, where food items are not according to the standards fixed by the government. It is real to say that sometimes the street food remains better when we compare the food quality standards with big hotels. So government acting aggressively against such hotels those are in negligent towards following the safety standards. At the same time medical department also filled with corrupt people and fake doctors those are playing with the lives of the people. Since ten years KCR government never concentrated on such fake doctors and those hospitals rising like mushrooms. District medical officers gave permissions in indiscriminate manner to the hospitals whatever they like. They never verified those certificates produced by such hospitals if they are fake or genuine. This led those who even not passed SSC continued their practices by keeping the MBBS doctor boards.
Such fake ‘Shankardadas’ have not opened their hospitals at remote places. They directly opened at Hyderabad the state capital city and continue their practice without any fear. Now Revanth Reddy government began its stern actions against such fake doctors and hospitals. Looking at the actions taken by Revanth Government people began to realise in favour of Revanth Reddy. They are treating the Chief Minister as true leader who dedicated to his assurances. If Chief Minister continues his efforts like this, he will remain in the history of Telangana as real statesman. Now people require quality food items without any adulteration. Govenment shall have to take steps to provide quality medical facilities to the people and make the officials to serve people without asking for bribes. Government officials are there for the service of the people. People have the right to demand service from them. Unfortunately officials reversed this and continue to squeeze the people for bribes. Even now Govenment resort to take stern actions, some officials continue their attitude without having any fear to catch behind in red handed. This shows how this ‘bribes’ turned like a cancer to the society. Most of the officials are in the attitude of collecting as much of money as when they remain in a particular post. Unfortunately they have in the feeling that once this chance misses, they may not get this opportunity to accumulate properties. Those who had caught in behind on previous occasions, again have been continuing in their previous posts. Now Deputy Taisildar belongs to Kottagudem-Bhadrachalam district still being continued at that same place even after accepting bribes from farmers in the year 2017. After some time he again joined in his post. Without offering bribe it might have not possible for him to rejoin in his previous post. It requires for the government to remove such officials who caught in red handed taking bribe. This is only the deserved punishment for them.
