Those who always invoke ethics will never do well to others. Who always talk about justice tries deceives others. The victims of Konda Visweswar Reddy say that he is one among such Hippocrates. They are saying that Konda intentionally called them towards him and began to deceive in all aspects. Now they resort to rebuke Konda for his deceiving acts those who trusted on him. His evil doing will definitely come to an end at one time. All the victims are looking for such time to arrive. They are also expressing their confidence that he will face the anger of god and used to caution others against felling in the trap of Konda. They want to expose the deceiving nature of Konda in the name of service to people. Anyone if knows his real face never entertain him to come closer and distance themselves from Konda to protect themselves from his fraudulent activities. Konda always speaks ethics with his sweat words and wants look like an elderly man in the society. When we observe him in close, it can be easily understood about his inhuman nature. Knowing about him number of people those who remain victims of his acts, now have been coming forward to expose his real intentions behind his Hippocratic behaviour. Now all of such victims decided to campaign against him in the coming parliament elections. Really curiosity will develop among us to know about those people who got ruined in the hands of Konda Visweswar Reddy. Now, let us start to know about the real story of Konda which totally against to his outside appearance.
After the formation of separate Telangana, new government formed under the leadership of KCR began its ‘Mission Bhagiratha’ to provide drinking water facility in all over the state. Konda Visweswar Reddy entered and got contract for some part under this scheme in the name of the company ‘Everest’. Every time he always speaks that, he doesn’t have any business and maintenance of hospitals also done by others and wants to fully indulge in activities related to serve the people. Like other MLAs and political leaders he also spoke the same words like ‘service to people’. Being Member of Parliament, he took every care that no business is being run under his name. The companies or business may not be in the name of him, but without his involvement either business transactions or negotiations takes place. Konda who took the contract works under Mission Bhagiratha in Siddipet district and divided the works in Mandal Wise and gave them in sub-contract form to others. In this process he selected some people and gave them sub-contract works. In this process the total responsibility to pay the bills lies on Konda Visweswar Reddy. Finally he allocated sub-contract works to 20 such persons out of them five belong to Andhra region. Relaying his words all of them brought crores of rupees as loans and began their contract works. Till for some time to establish belief, he paid the bills in regular without any delay. In order to speed up the works he announced some favours to sub-contractors and made them to believe his deceiving words.
With relaying full confidence on Konda Visweswar Reddy, sub-contractors successfully completed those works assigned to them. From now onwards they began to understand the real face Konda. He not only made them to roam around him for payments but also created new hopes by assigning new works for them. When new works allocated, sub-contractors continued their belief on him. The other companies who took Mission Bhagiratha works, used to extend their helping hand to their sub-contractors, in the form of supplying material and machineries etc., Unfortunately the Everest company belongs to Konda never supplied single bolt to its sub-contractors. Everybody was in the hope that being MP Konda may allocate new works to them and continue to finish those works assigned to them. With such hope they had completed all those works with the funds took as loan with higher interest rates. After completion of works they began to realise the original nature of Konda, at every time when he tried to conceal them when asked about the payments. After some time, being unable to convince the sub-contractors with this specious reasoning, simply he shifted his Everest office to some other place. Even then sub-contractors continued their visits to the office. In order to escape from them, Konda used to shift his offices from place to place. At one side the interest on loan taken amounts began to rise but they were unable to get the appointment of Konda. Nobody was there in the office to give proper response to them.
Those who have good reputation in the society entered in these sub-contract works rely on the words of Konda now almost facing bankruptcy. Bala Subbaiah is one among such sub-contractors who belongs to Andhra region, invested huge amount in these contract works believing Konda now almost in ruined condition. With confidence on Konda he had bear the labour works also. In order to finish the contract works in the stipulated time all the sub-contractors worked hard with their huge investments. Now due to non-receive funds from Konda as promised most of them now turned into daily workers. One sub-contractor from Siddipet named Ramu almost fell in cry when he looked about his present condition. All such sub-contractors since five years have been moving around koda for the payment of bills. Till before six months back Konda used to assure them about the bill payments, but recently the persons belong to Konda resort to beaten them like anything. Asking bill amount is the only mistake they have committed for this punishment. At the same time it is said that Konda also threatened the sub-contractors if this issue of non payment of bills gets exposed. Even then also those contractors used to tell their plights to some people for that reason hundreds of Konda men came and frightened them for the consequences for this act. Konda now telling them the reasons like ‘files burnt away’ and in some times used tell bluntly that he will not repay the bills and whatever want you can do it, like frighten words now became very common from Konda. When sub-contractors contacted people in higher positions, Konda used to tell that he will repay the bills. After that he continues to threaten the contractors and transformed their lives into miserable condition. Like that Konda Visweswar Reddy deceived the sub-contractors to crores of rupees.
When Konda came to Huzurabad to make campaign in favour of Etela Rajendar, along with Balasubbaiah all the sub-contractors distributed the pamphlets detailing the fraudulent nature of Konda Visweswar Reddy. Since then Konda stopped his campaign programme in the constituency and continued to hide his face from the people. Now he is contesting from Chevella Parliament Constituency. Now the victims decided to resort house to house campaign detailing the real face of Konda Visweswar Reddy. If re-elected as MP, Konda will continue his deceiving acts so the contractors decided to continue rigorous campaign against him in the Chevella Constituency.
