చదువుల పేరుతో కొన్ని ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలలు అధిక ఫీజులు వసూల్ చేస్తున్న స్కూల్ పై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, ఫీజుల నియంత్రణ చట్టాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే అమలు చేయాలని ఏఐఎఫ్డిఎస్ డివిజన్ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి మమార్తా నాగరాజు అన్నారు.ఏఐఎఫ్డిఎస్ ముఖ్య కార్యకర్తల సమావేశంలో నాగరాజు మాట్లాడుతూ నర్సంపేట ప్రైవేట్ విద్యాసంస్థలు ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనలు తుంగలోతొక్కుతూ ఇష్టానుసారంగా అధిక పీజులకు పాల్పడుతూ, యూనిఫామ్స్ అక్రమంగా అమ్మకాలు చేస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. పర్మిషన్లు లేకుండా సమ్మర్ క్లాస్ ల పేరుతో పాఠశాలలో మార్కుల శాతం రాకున్న ఎక్కువగా వచ్చినట్లు కలపత్రాలు తయారుచేసి గ్రామాలలో పంచుతున్నారని పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా నడిపిస్తున్న బిట్స్ పాఠశాలలు,
శ్రీ చైతన్య టెక్నో స్కూల్,మంటిస్సోరి, డఫోడిల్స్,మదర్స్ లాండ్ స్కూల్,విజ్ డమ్ హై స్కూల్ లతో పాటు పలు ప్రైవేట్ స్కూల్ లపై దృష్టి పెట్టాల్సిన విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు ఏమాత్రం కనీసం స్పందించకపోవడం వలన మమ్మల్ని ఎవరూ ఏమీ చేయలేరు మా ఇష్టం అన్నట్లుగా ఫీజులు వసూలు చేస్తామని యాజమాన్యాలు బదాయిస్తున్నయని నాగరాజు ఆరోపించారు. జీవో నెంబర్ 46 తుంగలో తొక్కుతూ విద్యార్థుల జీవితాలతో చెలగాటలాడుతున్న ఉన్నత విద్యా అధికారులు చర్యలు తీసుకోవడం లేదని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. అలాగే పర్మిషన్ లేకుండా నడుస్తున్న ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలల పర్మిషన్లు వెంటనే రద్దు చేయాలని కోరారు.ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో డివిజన్ నాయకులు వంశీ, ఈశ్వర్, రాకేష్, బన్నీ, అనిల్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

వరంగల్ జిల్లా పోచమ్మమైదాన్ వేణురావు కాలనీలో అనుమతి లేకుండా నడుస్తున్న ఏకశిల జూనియర్ కళాశాలను సీజ్ చేయాలి అని ఏ.ఐ.ఎస్.బి వరంగల్ జిల్లా కమిటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో కళాశాల ఎదుట నిరసన చేపట్టారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఏ.ఐ.ఎస్.బి నాయకులు రోహిత్, ప్రవీణ్ లు మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రభుత్వం నుండి ఎటువంటి అనుమతి లేకుండా నగర నడిబొడ్డున దర్జాగా ప్రజలను మోసం చేస్తూ విద్యార్థుల జీవితాలతో చెలగాటం ఆడుతున్న ఏకశిలా యాజమాన్యం పైన క్రిమినల్ కేసు నమోదు చేయాలని వారు డిమాండ్ చేశారు. అనుమతి లేకుండా నడుస్తున్న ఏకశిలా బ్రాంచ్ ను వరంగల్ జిల్లా డి.ఐ.ఈ.ఓ తక్షణమే సీజ్ చేయాలని వారు డిమాండ్ చేశారు. విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులు వరంగల్ వేణురావు కాలనీకి చెందిన ఏకశిలా బ్రాంచ్ లో తమ పిల్లలకు అడ్మిషన్ తీసుకొని తమ పిల్లల భవిష్యత్తును ఆగం చేసుకోవద్దని వారు కోరారు. తక్షణమే విచారణ చేపట్టి జిల్లా ఇంటర్మీడియట్ అధికారులు ఈ బ్రాంచ్ ను సీజ్ చేయకుంటే పెద్ద ఎత్తున ఉద్యమాలను ఉధృతం చేస్తామని వారు హెచ్చరించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో జిల్లా నాయకులు మోహన్, నితిన్, సతీష్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

హన్మకొండ లో జరిగిన ఒక సమావేశంలో స్వతంత్ర అభ్యర్థి తాడిశెట్టి క్రాంతి కుమార్ మాట్లాడుతూ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని నల్గొండ, ఖమ్మం, వరంగల్ జిల్లాల పట్టభద్రుల ఎన్నికలు ఒక ప్రత్యేక పరిస్థితుల్లో జరుగుతుంది. గత 10 సంవత్సరాలుగా కొనసాగిన కెసిఆర్ దుష్ట పాలనను అంతం చేసి కొత్త ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసుకున్న తరుణంలో జరుగుతున్న ఈ ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నిక ప్రత్యేకతను సంతరించుకుంది. పెద్దల సభలో కూర్చోవాల్సింది ఎవరు? ప్రజల చేత ప్రత్యక్షంగా ఎన్నుకోబడిన 119 ఎమ్మెల్యేలు ఉండగా శాసన మండలితో పని ఏముంది? అసలు పెద్దల సభగా పిలువబడే శాసన మండలి ఎందుకు? అనే ముఖ్యమైన విషయాలు కూడా రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలకు తెలియని స్థితిలో ఎన్నికలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. ప్రత్యక్ష రాజకీయాలు అవినీతిమయమై, ప్రజల సమస్యలను కనీసంగా కూడా పట్టించుకోని నేటి స్థితిలో పెద్దల సభలో మేధావులు, వివిధ రంగాలకు చెందిన ప్రముఖులు ప్రవేశించి ప్రజల సమగ్ర అభివృద్ధికి సూచనలు ఇచ్చి, చట్టాలు చేపించి ప్రజల అభివృద్ధికి కృషి చేయడం కోసం ఈ శాసన మండలి ప్రముఖ పాత్ర వహిస్తుంది. అలాంటి సభలో కూడా అలవికాని వాళ్ళు పోటీలో ఉన్నారు.
ఇలాంటి గంభీరమైన పరిస్థితుల్లో జరిగే ఈ ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీ చేస్తున్న పోరాటయోదుడు, నిగర్వి, విద్య, వైద్య, ఉపాధి రంగాల పట్ల ప్రత్యేక విజన్ కలిగిన తాడిశెట్టి క్రాంతి కుమార్ కు బుద్ధిజీవులు, శ్రామికులు, నిరుద్యోగులు, మహిళలు, విద్యార్థులు పెద్ద ఎత్తున మద్దతు పలకాల్సిన అవసరముంది. ఈ సమావేశాన్ని 23-05- 2024 న సాయంత్రం 4 గంటలకు నిర్వహిస్తున్నందున ఇట్టి సమావేశానికి అందరూ విచ్చేసి మీ అభిప్రాయాలు తెలిపి తాడిశెట్టి క్రాంతి కుమార్ కు మొదటి (1) ప్రాధాన్యత ఓటు వేసి గెలిపించాలని కోరారు.

వరంగల్ జిల్లా పరిధిలోని షెడ్యూల్ క్యాస్ట్ విద్యార్థుల కోసం 2024 -2025 విద్యా సంవత్సరం కోసం తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం, బెస్ట్ అవైలబుల్ స్కీం ద్వారా అర్హులైన 1,3,5, తరగతి విద్యార్థుల కోసం లక్కీ డ్రా ద్వారా విద్యార్థుల ఎంపిక కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సిందిగా తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర షెడ్యూల్ క్యాస్ట్ ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రెటరీ సంబంధిత జిల్లా అధికారులకు స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు, జారీ చేసినప్పటికీ, వరంగల్ జిల్లా షెడ్యూల్ క్యాస్ట్ డెవలప్మెంట్ అధికారి (డిఎస్సిడిఓ) ఇప్పటివరకు పత్రిక ప్రకటన జారీ చేయకపోవడం దళిత విద్యార్థుల పట్ల వివక్షత చూసినట్లేనని ఏబిఎస్ఎఫ్ జిల్లా కార్యదర్శి బోట్ల నరేష్ ఆరోపించారు.
హన్మకొండ జిల్లా, జనగామ ములుగు మహబూబాబాద్ ఇతర జిల్లా అధికారులు సంబంధిత విద్యార్థుల యొక్క సర్టిఫికెట్లు తయారు చేసుకొని దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సిందిగా ప్రతీక ప్రకటన ఇవ్వడం జరిగిందన్నారు. కానీ వరంగల్ జిల్లా షెడ్యూల్ క్యాస్ట్ డెవలప్మెంట్ అధికారి నేటి వరకు కూడా పత్రిక ప్రకటన ఇవ్వకపోవడం పట్ల జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ తక్షణమే స్పందించాలని కోరారు.దళిత విద్యార్థుల పట్ల వివక్షత చూపిన వరంగల్ జిల్లా షెడ్యూల్ క్యాస్ట్ డెవలప్మెంట్ ఆఫీసర్ పై శాఖపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఆ సంఘ జిల్లా కమిటీ పక్షాన డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. లేని పక్షాన విద్యార్థి సంఘాల ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఆందోళన కార్యక్రమం చేపడతామని హెచ్చరించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో రాహుల్, ప్రసాద్, రఘు, శ్రీధర్, మురళి తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

ఈ నెల 27 న జరుగబోయే సార్వత్రిక ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికల్లో భాగంగా స్వతంత్ర అభ్యర్థి తాడిశెట్టి క్రాంతి కుమార్ కి మద్దతుగా పలువురు ప్రచారం నిర్వహించారు. హన్మకొండ, భీమరం పలు పాఠశాలలో ఉన్న పట్టభద్రుల ను కలసి రాబోయే ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికల్లో 33 వ నంబర్ తాడిశెట్టి క్రాంతి కుమార్ కి ఓటు వేసి గెలిపించాలని కోరారు. ఈ ప్రచార కార్యక్రమం లో పీసరి ప్రసన్న, పరుష నాగలక్ష్మి, నలుముల సంజయ్, మామిడి రాఖీ, ఏతుపతి నితిన్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలో భాగంగా వరంగల్, ఖమ్మం, నల్గొండ జిల్లా పరిధిలో బిఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ తరుపున పోటీచేస్తున ఏనుగుల రాకేశ్ రెడ్డి గెలుపుకు మద్దతుగా నర్సంపేట పట్టణంలోని స్థానిక మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే పెద్ది సుదర్శన్ రెడ్డి అధ్వర్యంలో ఎమ్మెల్సీ పట్టభద్రుల సమావేశానికి బీఅర్ఎస్ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్,మాజీ ఐటి పరిశ్రమ శాఖ మంత్రి కల్వకుట్ల తారక రామారావు (కేటిఆర్ ) హాజరవుతున్నారు.ఈ నేపథ్యంలో మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే పెద్ది సుదర్శన్ రెడ్డి పలువురు గ్రాడ్యుయేట్స్ లను కలిసి ఓటు అభ్యర్థించారు.అనంతరం ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ బుదవారం జరిగే నర్సంపేట నియోజకవర్గ ప్రతీ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్స్ హాజరుకావాలని పట్టభద్రులను ఓటు అభ్యర్థించారు.బుదవారం ఉదయం 10 30 గంటలకు నర్సంపేట పట్టణంలోని పద్మశాలి గార్డెన్స్ నందు నిర్వహిస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. నర్సంపేట నియోజకవర్గంలోని విద్యార్థి, ఉద్యోగ, మేధావి వర్గానికి చెందిన పట్టభద్ర ఓటర్లు హాజరుకావని కోరారు.ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో అర్ఎస్ఎస్ రాష్ట్ర డైరెక్టర్ రాయిడి రవీందర్ రెడ్డి,ఒడిసిఎంఎస్ చైర్మన్ రామస్వామి నాయక్, పట్టణ కమిటీ భాద్యులు పట్టణ యూత్ అధ్యక్షులు దుశ్యంత్ రెడ్డి, కౌన్సిలర్ నాగిషెట్టి పద్మ ప్రసాద్, మాజీ కౌన్సిలర్ మండల శ్రీనివాస్, అనుబంధ కమిటీ భాద్యులు, క్లస్టర్ భాద్యులు, తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

The suspense on new PCC President for Telangana state has still being in double knot position due to the attitude of party leaders. Immediately after conclusion of Parliamentary elections the plague began in the party on filling the PCC President Post. It is not clear if Congress High Command will select the name and send it in sealed cover or let the state leadership to decide the suitable leader for this post. Till twenty years back when Congress was remain in power, continue to dictate every state politics. The National leadership used to play with the political career of state leadership. This continued to happen because in those days Congress only remained as strong National Party. BJP was in growing stage and not in a position to give stiff resistance to Congress. This was the main reason for Congress to play its political tricks and time to time involvement in the internal matters of state unites of the party. In those days no state leader knows who will become either Chief Minister or Party State President! It was the time of sealed cover politics. Kesewarao and M. Satyanarayana like leaders became PCC chiefs in that way only. Everybody’s astonishment M.Satyanarayana Rao entered in to Hyderabad with an appointment letter in sealed cover as PCC President. Till then nobody in United Andhra Pradesh had information regarding, who will become the PCC President? That was the situation prevailed in those days. Now this situation totally changed. BJP became very strong and snatch the power in centre from Congress through elections. With the advent of BJP, grand old party gradually lost its fame and those leaders who remain powerful in one or two states are not heeding the instructions of High Command. Now Central leadership compelled to heed the advice of such strong leaders who left over in small number. In those days Congress High Command itself used to encourage two groups in the state politics. For example when Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy became the Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh, party High Command appointed D.Srinivas as PCC chief, who was strong opponent of YSR. When two groups prevail in state, it will become very easy for High Command to play its own politics to keep its strong position intact. Now in Telangana Revanth Reddy caused to bring Congress into power and remain a strong leader. For this reason other ‘old’ stalwarts in the party remain calm and waiting for a chance. At present Revanth Reddy keep with him two posts i.e, Chief Minister and Party President. Now the time came to entrust the responsibilities of party President Post to some other leader.
Reventh Reddy now wants to concentrate on administration. At the same time it requires to make party more strengthen in the state. Now people have high hopes on newly elected Congress Government. At the same time the schedule for local body elections will be in the month of June. In order to surmount those coming elections, it requires party shall be in a strong position. For this purpose from now onwards party leadership has to concentrate on strengthening the party at gross root level. Being Chief Minister of the state it will become very difficult for Reventh Reddy to concentrate both on administration as well as on strengthen the party. PCC President and Chief Minister Posts are equally important to keep the party and government in strong position. In these circumstances, the general opinion is that if PCC President post is given to a person who recommended by Chief Minister will facilitate the smooth movement of the party in the state. Now Revanth Reddy treat Sitakka like his own sister. She also has been continuing as minister in the Cabinet of CM Revanth Reddy. If party High Command select her name as per the wish of Revanth it will become very easy for smooth running of party in the state. At the same time there will be no problem even if she remain in two posts. Nobody will question it. In previous occasion Botsa Satyanarayana maintained two posts like PCC president and minister in the Cabinet. If party is not interested to select her, then Addanki Dayakar is there who is also very much favour to Revanth Reddy. In recent time when Revant Reddy conducted road show in Suryapet, there was demand from the people for suitable post for Addanki Dayaker. On this occasion Revanth Reddy assured them, that ‘Addanki’ is suitable leader to take a post that next to him. As per his assurance now only PCC president post is available. No other chance is there. Till now Addanki denied of any suitable post in the party. He lost number of opportunities slip away with hair breadth gap. Now there is also a serious discussion among the party leaders about the injustice caused to ‘Madigas’ in these Parliament elections.
There are allegations that ‘Malas’ are being given prominence in the party. If party leaders express this opinion, this opportunity may turn against Addanki.
At this juncture it is learnt that old stalwart Hanumantha Rao also remains in fray. During Parliament Elections he expressed his willingness to contest from Khammam seat. In previous he worked as PCC President for two times. This experience may be added for his candidature. He also has good name for his familiarity in the party. At the same time he is most loyal to Gandhi’s family. This is utmost important qualification for him. Number of leaders left the party when it was in difficulty but Hanumanth Rao remained in Congress and has been showing utmost loyalty with party high command. He also left all leaders in their astonishment by announcing that he was in the fray of PCC President against Revanth Reddy. Only disadvantage for him is age. How far his old age permits him to take such huge responsibility remains a question. Being working president of the party Jaggareddy also has an eye on this PCC president post. The most disadvantage factor for him is, he and Revanth belong to same community. If PCC President post is given to him, BCs in the party may get revolt against such decision. The name Madhuyashki Goud also is also in forefront. He had great role in Separate State movement and has the history of staunch fighting against BRS party. Not only that, he is very much close to Rahul Gandhi. At the begining Madhuyashki remained in close with Revant Reddy but later distanced away from him.
At this prevailing situation, party has no other way except accepting the candidate recommended by CM Revanth Reddy. Then either Sitakka or Addanki will have more chances. Here one thing shall be kept in mind. Post is one and more leaders are in fray! When Revanth Reddy contested for PCC President Post, other leaders questioned his candidature. Under his leadership Congress came into power is only the reason the other leaders to remain in silence. Jagga Reddy lost the Sangareddy seat. That is why he is not able to show power. If he got elected from that seat contested, his wave might have been different in the party. Let us see what will happen in the party.

Taxing the poor and middle class is only the way remains to mitigate the difficulties of poor people? No leader is ready to explain the motto behind this logic. No party will heed the advices of economists. At present the State Government is looking at the possibilities for waiver of farmer loans. The idea of relieving the farmers from loans can be said as reliable one. Before putting steps forward the government didn’t calculated the pros and corns behind this move. No studies had been carried out on the burden to be faced by the Government. If the rulers conduct review meetings and ask advice from the officials only reply they can get is, raising the taxes on middle class and poor people. The government primary responsibility is to accumulate sufficient funds to implement the assured welfare schemes. For this purpose imposing taxes is nothing but transferring the burden of assurance given by the party again on poor which is not at all suggestible. Now the state government is thinking in this way, to implement the waiver of farmer loans. Wealth creation is required for any state or country for its growth and development. Now new government in the state decided to raise the land registration rates with the motto of raising the income. At the same time it is forgetting the fact that the poor people in villages are not being in a position to purchase even 100 yards of land for their house construction purpose. In these circumstances how far it is reliable for the government to move steps forward in this direction. The value of fixed properties shall be raised. Then only the wealth creation is possible but at the same time the rulers shall kept in mind the situation of poor people. The amount received by selling some acres of land in villages is not sufficient enough to get some yards of land suitable for construction of a house in cities. The one acre land cost crossed Rs. hundred crores in the city is not a good sign of development. This is nothing but exploitation, which leads to regression. The rising of prises remain as index to be shown to others as a sign of development. This leads to inflation and cause for concentration of wealth in the hands of some people. This also causes to raise the inequalities in the society which is not a good sign for progress of the society. So rulers must always concentrate on long term plans to benefit the people. The decisions taken with short sight will cause difficulties for the society. The rising of registration fee is nothing but a decision that has adverse affect on the society. The poor people only have to face the consequences of this decision. There are so many business people who took loans from the banks and finally escaping by not paying their dues. Either government or banks are not in a position to take action against such culprits but always ready to put unnecessary burden on innocent poor people.
Those business personalities, who fled away to other countries, remain defaulters for their repayment of loans to banks has been leading happy and luxurious lives at where they are staying. During Covid-19 Government waived off Rs.16lakh crore loans for such business people. The farmers’ situation is quite different. No bank will give loan without getting the permission from the government. Even if a bank issue loan, the officials subject the farmer to serious mental agony till they repay their loan. Sometimes bank officials don’t hesitate to confiscate the properties of poor farmers, which caused to leave them on roads. Recently in Telangana some banks issued notices to farmers. Farmers informed the bankers about the waiver of loans by the government, but the bankers were not heed their words and continued their action. Today we are looking at Municipal officials confiscating the property of poor people for delay in payment of taxes. All these incidents show the indifferent attitude of government against the business people who remain defaulters in repaying their loans but resort to strict punishments on poor people. There are crores of rupees remain as tax dues from mining companies. Why the government is unable to collect such huge tax dues from these mining company owners? Hectic mining activities are going on in Khammam, Warangal and Karimnagar districts. Even though these mining business people are earning thousands of crores, they are reluctant to pay their tax dues to government because most of them are either in politics or remain as supporters of any political party. Nobody will object them from doing business, but it requires for them to pay the tax dues to the government. Instead they are changing parties timely for their own benefit. Such business people won’t pay their tax dues and rulers also reluctant to look at them. At the same time corruption practices also raised to abnormal level in Government officials, especially in Registration department.
There is nothing to say about the prevailing high corruption in Revenue department. Just by transferring such official’s is nothing but an effort to erase the black spot of corruption. The properties of higher officials in various departments have grown hundred times. What will happen just by cutting the increments of such officials? It remains you in fell in astonishment just by looking at their huge properties acquired with corrupt practices. HMDA official Balakrishna successfully accumulated hundreds of crore worth of properties remain the best example for the prevailing corruption in government departments. Here the fault lies in the rulers. They can’t touch the business personalities, government officials and even they are unable to raise finger against corrupt officials in medical and health department. These officials are playing with lives of poor. In the name of protecting the lives of people number of hospitals exploiting the common people. There is no control of Government over them. In such circumstances cutting the increments and making transfers like punishments are won’t enough. Just collect the taxes from those rich people who are not paying their dues to Government. It is enough and there will be no need arises to impose taxes on poor people. In the name of welfare schemes, government resort to sell out the Government lands is not the solution. How many days can the government sustain with such activities? In the name of welfare if continue to distribute the lands like this will leads to bankrupt of the government. In the name of loan waiver, resorting to raise the taxes on common people is never acceptable to anybody. This will lead to raise the negativity against the government among people. In the name of satisfying the famers it is not good on the part of the government to raise the taxes. Opposition parties are always tries to question the government. Any political party think twice before giving such burden caused assurances to people. Average Telangana citizen now doesn’t like the decision of the government to raise taxes those put heavy burden on them.
